The truth: “I think; therefore, I exist.” Through this statement we become fully aware of the power of our thoughts.  We are provided with an absolute truth - it’s tangible - it gives man dignity - it does not reduce him to an object.  If and when we become aware of ourselves, through understanding, what makes us who we are, we also perceive everyone else around us, and we perceive them as a functioning member of our own existence. With this said we realize that we can not be what we truly want to be unless others agree with our thoughts of who we are.  A dream is nothing but a suppressed thought, whether it be good or bad.  Nadia is the best kind of dreamer. She is a dreamer who never sleeps and because of that her thoughts, what she imagines, what she envisions becomes her reality.  She thinks and BOOM, she is. It almost seems like a super power.

Armando Martinez (@A3Mcreative)

The future is bright. The future is now. We are the future. All of that shit is cool to say but it doesn’t really help anyone really understand the future. Man is the future of man.  There is no reality except in action and for us to realize what our future will be we need to realize that what we did this morning, what we did yesterday, and what we are doing now shapes the reality that will be our future.  Hoping and praying and have a bunch of cool sayings only gives us something to hang on to right now,but just like that, the now is over.  The idea of an unfulfilled dream should be enough motivation for you to start doing whatever it is you need to be doing now in order to make sure your future is one worth talking about. Acting, doing, and living  provides us with a true window into what our future will be like.  Our actions, what we act on, is the only truth in this world and everything else is a lie. Armando gave me a ton of inspiration when I first spoke with him.  We discussed what we were doing, what we’ve done, and how we will make the future a place we are comfortable living in.  So yes, in this case, what you see is the future.

Pt. 4

Dear Internet

Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that occurs within groups of people. It is the mode of thinking that happens when the desire for harmony in a decision-making group overrides a realistic appraisal of alternatives. Group members try to minimize conflict and reach a consensus decision without critical evaluation of alternative ideas or viewpoints.  You know what? You have taken groupthink and transformed it into a weapon focused on destroying our independent thought.  I want You to think about all the “status” updates that You’ve had that have made people stop their independent thought and rely on YOU to do the thinking for them and decide what is right, what is wrong, what is true and what is false.

At an alarming rate, people are losing their identities because their independent thought is being destroyed every single day by none other than yourself Internet.  How can we as individuals have a personal identity if we no longer think independently? The bullshit information we gather on Your “dashboards” & “timelines” is not being questioned of how much truth or validity is in said information because of how you have manipulated groupthink. Our sub-conscious stream of thought which is comprised of [but not solely comprised of] the bullshit information we gather on Your “dashboards” & “timelines” is taking over our conscious stream of thought where most of what we find true in this world is found.  We are lying to ourselves and we aren’t even realizing it.

You know Internet, I’ve been an emotional person lately but really, I wonder if it’s me or You? I think You’ve always been the emotional one and I’ve just been so caught up in Your rapture for the last five years or so that sub-consciously I will catch myself thinking as You do.  What I’m saying is that I can’t stand it when You do this and it annoys me so much when You do that and if one more person does this I swear to God I’m going to scream, Goodnight xo. Internet, when it has ever been ok, cool, acceptable to complain in any way shape or form?  I’ll wait for you to get back to me on that question.

Until Next Time Internet

Anonymous asked: I saw you on Tumblrplug, and was wondering who Larry King is?

Larry King is Thee Man. He is the “King Of The Mic”. He is the  greatest interviewer of all time. He always had on a really cool ass pair of suspenders, and stayed with a cool raspy voice. Do me a favor and check this link out http://www.cnn.com/CNN/anchors_reporters/king.larry.html

Audio Work Courtesy Of Gyasi Kamau

Gyasi Kamau (@gyasikamau)

First off, his name is pronounced Jah-See Ku-Ma.  Second off, I really appreciate Gyasi’s name because it makes you think and I feel like we don’t do enough thinking in order to gain understanding about the world that is around us.  The more we understand the sooner we can reach that idea of success that we all have in our head. Gyasi has provided me with an understanding of certain aspects of life that I would sometimes wish to forget about, though his translation makes me want to participate in all things happy that I participate in when I’m happy. Understand?

1. What do you want to be when you grow up? Ultimately, I want to be on top. I want to be the best at whatever I’m doing. And I want to be happy with myself and the decisions I’ve made to get there.

4. Do you fart in public? Oh yeh. I’m beastly at the #FartAndDepart That’s when you fart around people and spin off real smooth and let them figure out who did it. I’m lactose intolerant too, so, its gets ill.

5. What was your last dream about? Um… My last dream was about me dreaming about me dreaming, lol. Jk. I don’t even remember the last dream I had, honestly.

Flaco Shalom (@FlacoShalom)

Life does not follow the continuous flow of logical argument and a you know a person often has to risk moving beyond the limits of the rational in order to live life to the fullest. This whole living life to the fullest thing is a trip or what some would call a conundrum.  It is a constant competition with yourself to try and out shine and essentially put to shame to the point of embarrassment the previous events in your life leading up to whatever you may be currently pursuing.  I’m just saying, Flaco has taught me a thing or two about living life to the fullest.  Flaco also wanted me to let you know that he is a native of Neverland and you may call him Peter Pan.

1. What do you want to be when you grow up? As a kid I always wanted to do comic books, I feel I’ve taken an advanced angle to that, I’m a full time artist and gallery owner. When ever I create a collection, the collection has a story that can be followed by even the youngest mind, without words… Lol my collections are like comics. But to answer the question, I never wanna grown up.

2. If you had a magic lamp what would be your 3 wishes?

1).I’d wish for the ability to Teleport.

2). I’d wish for a life time supply of paint.

3). And a life time supply of canvas… This way I can travel the world and create all I like and only have to worry about eating and shelter…

3. At what point will you feel that you’ve accomplished something? I kind of feel like I’ve accomplished a lot right now, the goal is to live w/o inhibitions to be free at peace and happy living a passion filled life, well I’ve got that… The next step is to get more people to be aware of what I do… And to help emancipate more creators.

4. Do you fart in public? Frequently…

5. What was your last dream about? I dreamt I was on the coast at a beach out side of a glass and brick facility and in the sky there were four moons, each rotating rapidly, each had a face… It was cool.

6. What does money mean to you? It means nothing until its time to pay the rent lol.

7. Favorite toy as a kid? My imagination, and it’s still my favorite toy…

Dear Internet.
I want to let You know that You aren’t always right. Just because You have hundreds of millions of people agreeing with what You do, what You say, and what You wear that doesn’t mean they’re right or that You’re right.  I’m not saying that You’re always wrong either but quite frankly who are you to tell me over and over and over again what to do, what to say, and what to wear. Fuck you & Suck my dick.

You know people see You say something or do something and they believe it.  They won’t question it for no more than five seconds. I bet money on that.  Who are You for everyone to believe what You have to say. People don’t believe anyone these days.  Or for the sake of the times I will use more relatable language and switch the word ‘believe’ with ‘trust’. There that’s better huh. You get it. People don’t trust anyone these days. You must feel special; You’ve lived such a privileged life. Do You trust me? I mean I know it would probably benefit you more if I googled this but hey; fuck you and suck my dick.  It’s annoying as hell when I ask you a simple question and you end up showing me twenty different things that made me wish I never asked that question. You know exactly what You do.  You know if someone comes to You with good or bad intentions but You still manage to treat me like I’m some dot x x x site(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.xxx). How do You sleep at night?

In my eyes, Freedom is defined as maximizing the potential of yourself but you must also maximize the potential of those around you. Sounds like a lot of work, if you’re lazy and are one who is allergic to hardwork.  But who really deserves to enjoy freedom if you don’t enjoy hardwork.  Hardwork isn’t anything but a memory you enjoy when you take your shoes off and throw them on the coffee table and enjoy your beautiful wife, your awesome dog, and that 72 inch plasma TV you have in your living room.

7Qstns

1. What do you want to be when you grow up? Happy.

2. If you had a magic lamp what would be your 3 wishes?

    1. For my grandmother to be cured of alzheimer’s.

    2. A time machine that I can access as an app on my iPhone.

    3. The power of flight.

3. At what point will you feel that you’ve accomplished something? When I’m deceased.

4. Do you fart in public? Who doesn’t?

5. What was your last dream about? I’ve been having the same 2 reoccurring dreams for the past 5 months but in different variations each time I dream. 1 is a bit personal for me to come out with but I can elaborate on the 2nd. Lately I’ve been dreaming about being murdered – a lot. I remember the last one very vividly, it was a rainy night as I walked on the streets of New York City. The rain drops were heavy and I could see my own reflection from the surface of the streets. As I was crossing the street while the lights were still red, I turned to look who was behind me and it happened to be someone that I know. As soon as I turned around and locked eyes with this person, he shoved me into an oncoming truck and I died instantly. I did some research on the interpretation of what the dream means and it really made a lot of sense considering everything I’ve been through in 2011.

6. What does money mean to you? There is a very distinct duality in my perspective of money. First, money is the root of all evil, plain and simple. It drives all the natural flaws of the human species – greed, selfishness, trivial desires, etc. Money blinds people as to what is really important in life and are too perpetuated to believe that money can buy joy and happiness. Too often do I see people glorify money over things that actually matter. I never measure another man’s success based on the amount of money they make. The world would be much more simple and the vast majority of the population would have a higher quality in life if we weren’t a nation, and a world, based on currency and credit. At the end of the day, money is worthless, it even states it on every dollar - “this note is legal tender.” People die over money, people kill over money, people suffer over money – when are people going to wake up?

The flip side to this is that money has become a necessary evil; we need it in order to live and to continue to try and raise our quality of life, it is a form of security and only a piece of the puzzle. Don’t get me wrong, I am human too and I am just as superficial as the next guy. Living lavishly in the good life seems to be the American dream but it really is way beyond anyone’s means and it really takes them to another reality that is on a completely different playing field. Money will always come and go and it shouldn’t define anyone as a person. As long as you recognize and acknowledge what is really important in life and the people that are in it, money will never rule you.

7. Favorite toy as a kid? My plastic Knight Rider tricycle. I used to love Knight Rider, so much so that when I was a kid, I permed my hair so that I can look like David Hasselhoff. I’d give anything to be a care-free child again.
